Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your purchase, including the product(s) you ordered, the shipping address, and the total cost. We offer a 30-day return policy for all products purchased on our website and unused. If you are not satisfied with your purchase because it arrived defective or damaged, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please see our return policy page for more details.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the UPS website.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the product you ordered. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day, and delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States.

We offer discounted standard shipping of $6.99 on all orders within the Continental USA.

Our bowls are made with stainless steel 304.  It is food grade because it can survive corrosion from most oxidizing acids and is simple to sterilize, making it perfect and commonly used for many kitchen and food applications.

Simple, easy to follow 1-page instructions are including in the stand packaging. If delivery did not include these, or they are missing, here is a copy.
